Intuitive pedagogy training consists of intuitive play, painting, music nad drama. Along with that, emotional-personal development of the teachers is worked upon through therapeutical conversation. The training was conducted by lecturers from Sweden, Germany, Netherlands and Slovakia.. Switzerland: Two years of teaching at an innovative secondary school, participating in projects to connect school and the world of work, creating student competency portfolios. Germany: I spent several months here for work and study, coordinated international volunteers for a year. France: I went to France for exchange visits during my high school years, and after graduation I studied at INSA in Lyon for a year. Sweden - I regularly visited Solvik School, the craddle of intuitive pedagogy, inviting its teachers for educational seminars and mentoring. Countries of the former Soviet Union - I developped an early interest in Russian language and culture, my wife comes from this region. Ukraine: In Kiev I taught for four years at a Waldorf School, I was a class teacher and served as an interpreter. Later on, together with Dieter Schwartz, I introduced Intuitive Pedagogy to Ukraine, later it evolved into a regular teacher training. Russia: I visited several times, organized a few Intuitive Pedagogy seminars for teachers. Armenia and Georgia: I visited several times, observed Waldorf schools in Yerevan and Tbilisi. In Prague I organised work of Armenian volunteers in Czech innovative schools. Asia - I had travelled throughout Turkey and Iran, later on I developed a deep interest in Indian culture. In the last 14 years, I have been visiting India, Sri Lanka and Nepal. I saw many wonderful alternative or innovative schools, often embedded in a beautiful natural setting.
